Possible Kalista changes

First off I know Kalista is already getting buffed but hear me out please. Given how oppressive good Kalista can be at juking opponents, they nerfed her AD ratio on autoattacks which was a completely reasonable and cemented her as one of the "on hit" building ADC's. Given how currently "on hit" itemization falls completely short to the crit itemization, Kalista players are having a hard time finding proper build. That's where the buff comes in place. The mother of all on hit items, Guinsoo's rageblade provides that nice double on hit damage proc, but a large portion of the money you waste on it is spent on the AP part. Kalista players generally skip on building that item since she has no AP ratios in her kit. So I thought it would be nice for her to get a small AP ratio on her E; like 30% and then 10% for each additional spear so you feel like you are actually having some use of the AP she has to build. Again this is just an idea and I would love to hear out your thoughts on this.
