OK RITO I get that you're not a fan of supports that have heals but what you did to Soraka is down right abysmal. You have made her worthless. There are probably a lot of posts about this. So please change her back. Her "abilities" are worthless. Just her W alone is so effed. Herp derp 10% max HP and X mana for little non-self target-able HP. But Liberty you can totally cast that mess way more often. Yes you can as long as you build HP Regen, stand right on top of the ally and not take damage ever. I know you're not supposed to take damage unless you have to in this game however this is way over the top. I get you can't have top lane Soraka or support Soraka previous to this patch. This 're-work' is just dumb. Her Q and E being delayed small AOE abilities are pretty meh and super easy to dodge. And her passive is good as long as you dont want to alert the enemies that there are easy pickings nearby. Albeit against lore, having a low hp Warwick on your team chasing someone is funny looking. Don't get any ideas Riot about that being a perk to new rework. Look I could go on about this all day.

Here are a list of what you could do for all Soraka owners especially those with skins: either un-work her to old Soraka or give free refund for RP for skins and IP for champ.

Old. I especially don't like when a company gives out a product and tries to change it entirely into a ne one just because 'they' don't like how we figured out new and fun ways to play (mid and top). Supports shouldn't be rail roaded into being worthless next to mid laners.

The "new and fun" ways WERE toxic though. Soraka could push lanes so easily, heal off poke and aggression, and silence any threats coming towards her.

Maybe she can't heal off poke as easily anymore but don't you think she can silence threats coming towards her MORE easily now? Don't you also think she discourages aggression MORE now since they gave CC to her kit?

Old Soraka was not in a great place (and I agree with your reasoning) but new Soraka is not the answer

Her new cc is rather useless. Its just a silence zone that lasts a very short time, and it almost never snares.

Old Soraka- Could heal EVERYTHING. And not in scary doses like people think. IIRC, the cd on the old heal was like 11 or 12 seconds or something. Starcall was an extremely weak aoe. The big seller that made me want one is that they could give me mana back. Wish was decent, but often used when it was wrong. Having one on your team was good or bad, depending on if they were an afk healer or one that cared about preventing ganks.

New- Both Aoe spells have a "slight" delay. All you do is keep moving and you will never get hit. Ever. The heal is more rapid fire, which would arguable make it better. But it kills them. You trade 10% of your hp and mana to heal maybe 5% of your targets. Wish is same. Having one on your team is like a handicap now- you have to protect soraka so so so hard. Its insane. I felt bad for my Vayne. Any time I would go to heal, I got shot. Any time I used my Q or my E, it was dodged because of the delay in impact.

Old Starcall was not weak, It was devastating if used right, and the MR shred in team fights synergised VERY nicely with AoE spells from teammates.

Since it had a radius around Soraka too, it worked as a very potent zoneing tool, there was the threat of being hit the second you went near Soraka. Old Soraka had a lot in terms of poke, zone, bait and kite. New Soraka has none of that. Well, she can poke but its unreliable. Old infuse was a reliable poke.

But back to my point, Old Starcall was a great tool and very under appreciated, the creep wave clearing potential often saved towers, and the MR shred could win fights. Without Starcall, Soraka has lost her zone and kite gameplay.

The big problem that I'm having with Soraka is the range of her heal. It's simply too small to be effective. The risk of going towards a fight to heal is too great at this point.

old soraka was terrible, i don't understand why you could ever have liked her. her kit was terrible for supporting relative to solo laning and when she was viable in a solo lane it was terrible for everyone involved.
