The New (and terrible) Viegar

The new Viegar is the worst thing that Rito has made since . They changed his q into a skill shot that doesn't go as far as before. They also changed his e by having it take an entire 1.5-2 seconds to EVEN put the walls up for the stun. I NEED THE OLD VEG BACK!!!!!
