For example if Riot was so happy with a certain champions performance that they just never touched them and that champ would just be the same forever. I know it probably wouldnt be possible due to changing metas and items but what if a champ was well designed enough that they worked exactly as intended and were never too weak or too strong ij any meta. Of course this just out of curiosity.

ZephyrDrake1 voteswell champions are always being buffed or nerfed in every single patch. Most are just done in an indirect matter since there counters got stronger or weaker or some items they enjoy using got stronger/weaker or there was a change in a mastery they use
