Mouse acceleration hurts when it comes to precise actions

I noticed that playing the game is uncomfortable when it comes to precise actions (especially with assassins like ). It's because of the mouse acceleration which applies by default in League. I wish I could turn it off, but I couldn't. Even when I tried to do it through config file (following advice I found on the internet) it seems every patch moves it back to "turned on" state.
