Leblanc's nerf in lastest patch

Hey guys, I'm a Leblanc main, I have played her for two years and I wanna share some thoughts with you all. I juz tried her out today, in which case I'm really concerned if this patch is a balance adjustment? My max W can't even do any dmg at all, 130 to be specific. I would really rather Riot to change it back instead of add more dmg on the q, since it only works on the minion.

They want Distortion to be a Mobility spell. not a damage spell. They buffed the Sigil damage to minions to make up the Wave clear aspect that Distortion is losing out on.

She does need a buff though, I think the Sigil(Q) needs either more base damage or AP ratio. Distortion (W) needs to have a flat CD instead of a scaling CD as you won't be leveling this up first or maybe even second anymore.
