I got both honored and reported, the result?

One player was intentionally feeding last game as my enemy, so I reported him. And I got in his team this game, while he was getting mad about his being reported and he said "flaming me" whenever I said anything to him. So I decided not to talk any longer, maybe 5 sentences to him at most. As a result, we won the game and I got 2 honors and one report from that game.

Result? I got chat restricted as punishment.

It seems "honors" are useless and worthless, but trolls are dominant due to this Riot's ridiculous system.

What do you think if there is "neutralizing reports" when some people honor me, which obviously means I helped team more?

Added Note: The point you guys might miss is that he still could play another game with that many reports from last game. Trolls are not banned but anyone who "talks" may be banned.
