Urgot Rework?

He is on the list for a full relaunch like Sion.

I like urgot i went 27/4 with him.... Hes fun and people dont play him because of how he looks hes actually a pretty op champian.

His early game is shit until he gets his tear and if you aren't ahead, you're basically going to be useless.

Everyone has an answer on this subject, but nobody really knows what to do with him. His late game damage is nothing compared to other carries, his utility is outclassed, and as a bruiser he's nothing but a gimmick.

Riot knows there is a problem with him, but how can you fix it? If riot, gives him a relevant buff in any area, his game play will become unhealthy because he would suddenly become too strong. A rework is the only solution.
