Maybe its because League of Legends doesn't want you to win so you cant get out of your rank, for example I was about to get out of my rank (I needed 1 game to do so) and League Of Legends gives me the worst people to play with, I had won more than 5 games in a row and I had lost, I made shore i was a support so I could carry my team, but then i play with the worst people in League Of Legends.

My support will give up/grief, mid afk, and jungle will intentionally feed with top doing okay and myself left to fend 1v4 bot lane. This is a real example. It happens almost every game. I do not flame, I do not intentionally feed, and I never go afk.
So those saying no it's just you, they get decent teammates. They don't understand the wood 7 on your team vs gold on the enemy team. Yeah gold is not very impressive, but the difference in skill makes it nigh impossible.
It's a shit matchmaking system.

I totally disagree with that. 100% of my games i get feeders and that is not an exaggeration. I promise you that i do not feed in 90% of my games. I main support, so i cant do anything at all once the enemy team is fed because of my 100% feeding team. I ping, ward, save my adc countless times, but its just not enough. To top it off, the enemy is supposed to me :similarly skilled" yet tehy are playing like challengers with hacking plays while my team gets caught with every single skillshot. Its jsut not fair.
KnightOHalloween3 votesI have the same problem in a recent match I chose garen (ik, I am one of the few garen mains) but was forced to go mid because yasuo wanted to go top. I faced off Diana with a clean streak focusing mainly on objectives taking three turrets. My jng was doing his job but the rest of the team literally ran under the turret chasing poor kills. I go back to base to get my items and yasuo goes and feeds Diana. Twice. Towards mid game me and the jng tried desperately to push but it was of no help. miss fortune entered a 1v5 with nothing but a bf sword. Late game I realized the enemies are butter. Ez kills. I tried everything to get my team to pull their own weight free kills etc. What am I supposed to do if my teammates are incapable of doing simple things. Btw this is not even ranked. I'm afraid of what may happen in ranked.

The teammates you have and the enemies you face should all have roughly the same amount of skill, so if you think your buddies are bad, well chances are, you're not any better.

Personally, I like to ward for them and caution ping whenever I see a gank coming on them. If they ignore the yellow pings and die the first time, the pings turn red and are placed closer to their feet...and come slightly more frequently.

Lets look at this "perfect" KDA game you played with Morgana, alright?
You placed a total of 7 wards that game Check Here. In 20 minutes, you should have many more wards placed. Wards last 2-3 minutes, which means you should be warding every 2-3 minutes.
Some things you need to know when supporting is which wards to buy, and the reason why you're buying them. Plus trinket upgrading.
As a support you need to maximize the vision of the jungle in appropriate places to prevent ganks, dragon theft and several other issues.
The first Item you should get is always going to be your sightstones 
. And as soon as you get your sightstones trade your trinket in for sweeping lens 
.
Make sure you have 250g at level 9 and upgrade your sweeping lens to Oracle Lens 
.
Also vision wards. (Remember, maximize your vision of the jungle)
As long as your warding, keeping an eye on your map, and pinging missing enemies, incoming danger, etc. then you shouldn't have that much to worry about.
Now, I understand if you're being placed with terrible people, but before you complain about your team, at least make sure you're doing your job.
In this case, as a support, warding is your job.

thats actually illogical. MMR is based on win/loses. not skill. Individual skill and game knowledge can be at a certain elo but not enough to get to that elo. ppl in high elo play pub stompers to climb rank quickly. They don't use traditional champs lol. But thats the trick. just use snowballing champs. and GG

Its Jabbawockee1 votesThis always happens, The first time I played ranked I didn't care too much - and then ofc ranked low, despite winning 8/10 of my placements, I can stomp all the way up to division boundaries then good ol' MMR kicks in and assumes I can carry 4 people who have never played league before. I'll go on a 7 or-so win streak when MMR resets but after that I'll lose every single time. To say the common factor is you so YOU need to improve is the most naive thing I've heard people say about League's ranked. No matter how good you are, you can never 1v9 every game. My suggestion for you would be to play your games on a win-streak and after your first loss - wait about half a week in order to reset your MMR, then try again. It's the only way to play on League's busted ranked fairly. Or, get someone to hypercarry you into a higher division, at which point people should know how to play and this issue won't happen as often. It is the wonders of being in the Iron - Silver elo, ripe with smurfs, inters and people stuck in elo hell. Rito pls fix.
Its Jabbawockee1 votesI know Rito doesn't really look at this stuff, but imo they should just remove MMR all together, I know it is meant to make smurfing harder and placed similarly skilled players together, but that is what ranks are for in the first place - If you are in say, Silver and you play at a Platinum or so level, instead of letting you get to Platinum and then naturally come with players that are of equal skill level until your WR evens out to 50/50, League's MMR will notice you are playing above your weight class and purposefully make it more difficult for you to win, last season I was stuck in Bronze 1 all season because even though I was Bronze 1, the average rank of the opponent's team was Gold to Platinum, Just let players progress to their deserved rank instead of sabotaging it by artificially effecting MM with MMR rito - I beg.
