Kicking someone at champion selection

I was just forced to leave champion selection because a player was admitting to being a troll and planned on trolling the game before anybody had said a word. I propose the option of having the other four players being able to vote to kick one player so nobody has to leave and get the five minute wait period except the troll... My wait time is now up. Time for league. Hopefully no trolls...
