some work or buff on Singed?

Im a singed main player and I find that dark seal in patch9.7 get huge nerfed because a lot of kayle and sylas players abusing this item. While dark seal is very important to Singed in early game and Singed is already super weak in current patch like a tier5 top lane champ due to data in OP.GG, very low winrate and pick rate and if dark seal get nerfed, he will become much more worse, its actually a huge indirect nerf so can we have some buff or work on Singed to make him no that bad? I agree, I got through silver with a 70%+ win ratio as singed. Every matchup feels awful to play against and I feel like I'm bringing my team down. My KD is horrible with him. Sitting at almost gold 3 now. Some games I do alright, but MOST of my games I fed a little bit, got out farmed etc.

Makes me sad. The first time I ever hit gold (season 3) was using singed. I did it this season in like 7 games but feels like I got carried hard.

yes,he was easy to against a lot of champ in lane like GP, fiora and Irelia, but when these champ got buff or rework, its rly hard to use Singed against them

I feel your pain. Can hardly play him anymore there's too many losing matchups that used to be an even lane.

If you want to get this done name the thread after some high popularity champion like "OMG PYKE BUG" should be the title, and then you tell them that actually you just want to get singed buffed and you will get a bunch of responses asking you "who is singed?" , but at least it will get more attention.
