I typically go for Flash/Ignite on Annie. I want to change it up a bit. I go Flash/Exhaust vs. Assasins and Flash/Cleanse vs. laners with a lot of CC. I have seen a lot of Annie players with Flash/Ghost. Is Flash/Ghost a choice on Annie? Thanks!
Flash/Teleport is fantastic as well, really let's you set up for some game altering plays mid-game.
ever been chasing someone who you cant catch so you waste flash trying to land your stun and then cant run away because you wasted it? that's why ghost is better.
Also if you want to play annie as a roamer than fash+ghost is good or even flash + TP
