What should I do to get out of Platinum

I can't do it, just can't do it. I don't know if i'm just been extremely unlucky or riot just keeps giving me bad teams. I've a 45% win rate (used to be 60%) at 120/140 and I main jungle with 60% kill participation, and no matter what I do in the game people at this elo are just so bad at it.

They can't lane, don't buy wards, over extending without wards even when team is pinging for mia, don't wait for my ganks and decides to go in even though i'm like 2 seconds away, and all that stupid stuff that we've all seen way too many times.

I think the thing that irritates me the most is that 90% of the time that my laners just can't lane at all. Don't you even start blaming about how I shuold gank and everything, because they just do stupid trades and dies before I can even come to gank.

Why? Why can't I have games where my team just stomp the other. Instead it's almost always the other way around.

Giving up on getting back to diamond maybe. it's just too frustrating to carry a whole bunch underskilled people that keeps throwing the game with dumb mistakes.

If anyone can offer me some insights that would be great because now I'm just playing like idc.
