Why people think Rengar is OP?

I am actually curious. Sure he does a bajillion damage. Something something crit, something something Adc's.

But, literally all you have to do is not walk blindly into bushes. His ult is so telegraphed that fucking Mordekaiser could peel for it.

I don't see the imbalance here. In fact, he is kind of underpowered considering that he is completely annhilated by

Honestly I think the hate he gets is because of what you mentioned. It takes almost no real skill to jump onto an adc and instantly delete them. After that type of death, you're left wondering if being afk in the fountain would even increase your survivability.
