LV 7 mastery using permanent champion
Does anybody know how can you use the permanent champion with 3 tokens of mastery lv7 to upgrade instead of the other two options?!?! [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Flaherty1 votesyou get champion shards or champion permanents in hextech boxes. it's just a different type of shard you get but doesn't require blue essence to unlock. I assume you're referring to the option to unlock mastery that says Tokens + Champion permanent right?
