How to deal with tilt?

Lately, I've been performing very poorly in League of Legends. I've lost a lot of games. I feel like I only won a handful because I was carried.

I've died a lot in my last few games or so. (I play mainly Normal Blind because Ranked is extremely harsh and toxic and I'm not that good in competitive environments.)

Sometimes, it's because I might engage on 3 or 4 enemies as Nasus, not knowing that my team wasn't ready to follow up. I'm okay with taking the blame. It was my fault that we lost an objective or came out worse in a teamfight. Sometimes, it's because one of the other players is amazingly good at a champion and can 1v5 us blindfolded with one hand. I'm okay with that. They deserve the kills they got.

Then there's the feeders. I'm okay with people learning champions and it turns out that they're not that good with them. But it's just so frustrating to find that the enemy ADC/Jungler got First Blood and a second kill. Now they're 700 gold ahead, and that 700 gold lets them snowball very hard onto us. In that situation, I die a lot because the ADC got fed and that translated into other lanes as well.

I get very tilted and say crude things in chat. Later, I look back and feel guilty because I'm blaming others for my mistakes.

I've tried taking breaks, playing soothing music, going to other games, playing an instrument, and making a comfortable environment. It doesn't help. I'm still tilted for at least until the next IRL day.

Please help me. I don't know what to do to prevent/treat tilt. Any suggestions?

When you take a break how long of a break do you take? When you move on to other games for a while, do you still think about League?

The goal with taking a step back is to clear your mind of what tilted you and focus fully on something else. Some people can get away with a five minute break, others need longer.

Also when do you start taking actions? After the first tilting game, or do you play a few more games before it really starts to get to you? Taking action early is pretty darn important here.

I really don't know how to explain this, but I rarely get tilted, because I take everything in philosophical and analytical way. My emotions can pop up for sec as a reaction on specific action, then I calm down again. I just accept everything as the fact. Tristana gets fed and you don't have a counter to it --> you will high likely lose the game, just accept this fact? and try to take reasonable actions to prevent it. If you manage to prevent it-- cool. If you don't -- well you are not surprised. And ignore the chat. Don't even touch it. Just accept the fact, that ppl will never listen to you and won't learn anything from what you say.

You shouldn't calm down After the game, you should stay calm.
