Buff % health runes?
With less health in tank itemization, shouldn't percentage health runes be buffed? They were already situational, only being better than per level really early on or after you get 4,000 health. With the new itemization it's a lot harder to hit that 4,000 health mark.
You could say the same for Cinderhulk's bonus as well.
I know runes are on the chopping block right now and will get replaced with another system, but I feel like a quick QoL change would be nice in the meantime.
