A problem with the leaver buster

Hello all, Don't normally post to complain about this kind of stuff and by no means am I raging about something nonsensical. More just a polite poke at a part of the game that is 99% helpful for most. The leaverbuster. I dont leave games or DC regularaly so its not too much of a problem for me but recently my game has crashed a few times and it takes me 2-5 minutes to actually get into the game after it's started. Ive noticed that when this happens (even if I finish and win the game I crashed from) I get flagged for being a leaver by the leaverbuster and recently it happened and got me a 5 minute leaver que :( .

Again not a rage post just worried that if this keeps happening (whether it be client side, server side, or ISP issues) Ill rack up a 20 minute que or perhaps a ban from something that was out of my control and did my best to make right. Anyone else have this issue?
