Player Programmed AIs: Ruining The LoL experience

I'm sure a lot of you players have noticed that Normal Blind Pick after reaching Level 30 is rampant with the stench of mysterious players who take Ghost and Heal as Summoner Spells, never communicate with their team under any circumstances, stick with a lane for the entire game, and constantly feed either the few cognizant players or the opposing sides cognizant players. Whichever may be the case for you, one thing's for sure; it ruins LoL's experience for both the filthy casual and the ranked peeps who want to relax sometimes and not smurf around. These AIs made by "players" need to be promptly removed from the servers. I have noticed two patterns of these AIs. Some start with the word "Dangerous" and some with the word "Angel". These are some sort of default naming setting that has been placed in whatever terrible programming software that has breached this game. These are small fry that can easily be weeded out and they make up a good amount of the problem. I don't know if there are any other trademark names for these things, so if there are, please comment below. Riot, please hear me out. This really needs to be addressed.
