Reporting a player in champ select

I was just in Ranked champ select with someone who was last pick. He didn't get the role he wanted, so he spammed "BAN FIORA" about 20 times. When the captain did not ban Fiora, he then starting spamming "idiot" 20 times. So far, he was just your average troll. Then he spammed the "N" word about 20 times. He then auto locked a role that was already chosen, and said "Eff all of you, im gonna farm and just watch you lose".

Currently, there is no way to report this behavior in Champ Select. This person deserves to be punished. I wanted to get in contact with support to try and see if there was another way to report, but there is not. I dodged the queue because he was going to force me to lose a match, and I don't want to play with such a toxic player. I would love to give his name, and my account of what happened to a RIOT employee or someone on the tribunal. Jerks shouldn't get away with this behavior since they know they won't be punished for behavior in champ select.
