Thunderlord's Power

As many, MANY, people have know, Keystone Mastery Thunderlord has dominated nearly all of the other Keystone masteries. Nearly every game I play, (even for some of you) I press tab to see almost everyone have this overpowered Keystone mastery. Even champions like Brand Teemo and even Thresh have this mastery even when they could work better with Deathfire Touch or Thresh works better with a more support mastery. I feel like either nerf Thunderlord's power, or even buff some other underplayed Keystone Masteries like Stormraiders Surge, (Bursty Damage, tons of speed) or Strength of the Ages, (Health given by siege minions) to make Thunderlord power be knocked down, because I am sick of playing the game, "How many people have Thunderlord Mastery," and seeing 7 out of 10 people have the mastery.
