Its not fair for a champ to have 15 flashes 20 ignites 11 teleports 13 barriers and one shot pottential at lvl 3.Her kit is super safe, her sleepy bubble is longer than morgana stun,she has enough time to perfeclty assassinte you with her Q.
That is literally impossible.
plz don't nerf zoe, she's already limited to a very slow and unfun gameplay style because of all her nerfs....
or just like
use the creep wave and punish her early game
Even when zoe was crazy, i didn't have any real problems with her
all she does is fish for the Exact same setup unless you come across her one tricks , which in that case its actually really fun to play against because they use her in unique ways.
what the patterns of when she wants to go in
the second she botches the bubble jump on her, she does less damage the closer you get to her and she is easily bursted by anyone
1 bubble = 2 kills

complaining about zoe in 2019 lol. she struggles to carry because tanks is the hardest of hardest counters for her.
