You all need to try blitzcrank top bruiser ad and tell me how it went for you guys start trinity with second item frozen or spirit...then come back to me and tell daddy how it went!!!

While not he's not as Meta as someone like Darius or Nasus, Blitzcrank top is theoretically possible (Although I'd refrain from playing it in ranked).

The game I played Blitzcrank in Toplane was against a Renekton. It was a while ago, but I think I remember the setup I used for it.

Runes:

Resolve: Grasp of the Undying/Bone Plating/Conditioning/Overgrowth
Domination: Cheap Shot/Ravenous Hunter

Core Items are: item 3042 item 3748 item 3025 (Boots are up to you)

Situational items: item 3001 item 3194 item 3110 item 3075 item 3800

true and nice runes settings ill try this one but for the items i prefer

core items: item 3078 and item 3110 / item 3065 depends if ad or ap top

situational items: pretty much the same but we can extend that a little

PS:shhh but im doing it in ranked plat elo ...it works people doesnt know how to handle blitz top they never play vs one building bruiser!!!(but yeah dont know for diamond elo and higher)
