An issue with Vision in warded brush.

Hey guys, this is my first post here and it's not so much a complaint as what I feel is justified irritation. Here's the issue: as a support main, I spend a fair amount of time sweeping brushes and warding etc. What I've noticed though is that when using Oracle's Lens, my vision radius doesn't reveal invisible traps/wards in warded brush, i.e. I have swept the brush behind blue side red buff then walk to the lonely brush (which I have warded) but actually have to walk IN IT to see the wards/Teemo shrooms/Shaco boxes the enemy team put there, despite actually being able to see inside the brush because I have a ward in it. This gets especially frustrating when it has to do with Teemo shrooms or Shaco boxes because there's no actual way to clear them if they're in the edge of the brush since you have to walk inside it to clear them and doing so will just detonate it. The frustration that arises from these situations is huge and it doesn't make intuitive sense so I want to know: is this meant to be the case? If so, what can anyone do to clear the offending items if they're always on the edges of brushes? Sweeping Lens isn't up that often, has a limited radius and not everyone gets it as a trinket so it's almost a sisyphean task trying to clear the map for your teammates. Thanks in advance!
