Can't get a decent rating

Every game i play in qualification there is a smurf helping his friend. First game there was a 52/2 Katarina that destroyed our whole team. Second game Wu Kong with 34/0 and third with a Jarvan 40/3........

I suck at this game and i want to improve my game on an even playing field. It is not possible to get a game with equally good players. I know that Riot can't do anything about it but i wanna just tell those smurfs that you ruin the game for 8 people just that your friend can go in an elo he doesn't even belong in. He will not even have a good time in there because everyone will flame him.

Sry for the rant but i am just frustrated. I just want a fair game.
