New Flex Ranking

I'm not sure how I do this but the customer service links brought me to this page.

I was Silver 3 in the old flex rating, I main support, I played a bad game earlier (mostly at fault of my ADC who kept running in and dying), next thing I knew I was placed at bronze 5, after 1 game.

At end of last season I was silver 5. I did not take much of an issue at first, but in my last game at bronze I had a singed support troll and 2 others who quit before 10 minutes.

I'm writing this to nicely ask Riot if they can put me back in Silver 3 for the flex queue. I really don't ever want to deal with this misery again...
