So I am very new to league, and I have been playing support with my friend. I am level 30 while he is Diamond, and we win a lot when we are playing so my MMR is artificially inflated. I play mid as I am playing alone and I get matched up aginst very high-level players and get destroyed. How do I get it down without being destroyed in normal games a couple of dozens of times?
Get destroyed in normals a couple of dozens of times. There is no alternative sorry.
You get destroyed alot or que with some low level players and hope it drops match averages or that you getting destroyed there is faster.
Could also swap to flex or ranked and hope thats smoother.

Could try a support ticket but I doubt they have the ability to change mmr.
You should generally play blinds together and draft solo or something if you're 100% new so you have a place you can play yourself to improve more realistically.
Just have your friend play on a new account and you gucci.
