Still just gotta be gold to get Victorious skin or did something change? I ask because new patch notes say "Added an icon to your profile to check if you're eligible for this year's Victorious skin. Hover over it to find out what you'll earn!" and I'm lookin' around for said icon like duwatnow as I'm just not seeing anything new on the profile.
You need to be Gold+ in any ranked queue to earn the Victorious Skin.
The icon has not been activated by Riot yet.
I'm sure the icon will be available to all players who are eligible for the end of season rewards.

Go to your profile then down your name and icon or banner if you have there is a little image that puts ''2018'' if u pass your mouse aboive it it will say if your are elegible for this season rewards [slayer-jinx-wink]
