Twisted Treeline and Ekko

I feel like ekko needs to be tinker with on here, as the mana regen,tight quarters,and short lanes means that ekko is extremely oppressive and i mean it. While this is my experience with ekko on TT has anyone else had a similar experience or even the opposite? Things that i find crazy; Q,W,E spam -the maps natural regen lets him spam these like crazy, with the tiny lanes your enemy can rarely position safely, His e takes up more then half a lane!(combines this with a Q where your zoning them to and he easily has the craziest lvl 2 spike here) R Size- now the size of this is what i truly find crazy on this map, as most area to fight are extremely small/close quarters making hit over half the team very easy. His push is too good,since the lane is so small it's very easy to hit the whole wave and even you with his Q. These seem to be the natural ways to balance the champ on TT Mana cost-this is probably my favored way as the regen itself is really what makes him oppressive to play against in lane. Alternative-Higher CD, so the spam isn't possible. Smaller R radius-pretty self explanatory
