Veigar was already given a Visual Upgrade. Just like Udyr and Rumble. It's available for purchase already! =D

Would be nice, though.

Shouldn't this be in story, art, and sounds? Gameplay is about gameplay not graphics.

I think Gameplay's supposed to be the Miscellaneous category for the Boards, almost. Even more so than the actual Miscellaneous category.

I really like most of Veigar's kit in terms of looks, and his champion look as well, but I do agree that his E could use just a slight touch up. Just a really small one. I mean, the spikes are just fine, it's just the walls that are a bit... busy, in terms of visuals. Nothing major, though. Just a touch up.

I think we should just leave it for his visual update, all of his base particles look like they're from beta anyway and he's due for at least a fiora-level visual overhaul
