What happened to keeping Ap Trist viable?

These "healthy" updates to her Ap ratios are not what were promised. We were promised that her "overall burst power will still be the same". But what we received were lowering of her ap ratios to amounts that would break her burst damage. This change to her removes a plethora of her burst power for the simple fact that she has to stand or move and attack four times in order to put out the damage that she once was able to do in one second. If she stands there for four auto attack she would be dead in the time it takes. Of course if you're factoring in her q than it makes this process considerably easier but then you would have to invest points into the Q when you could be lower the cooldowns of all her other spells.

Of course this is just one really big rant but to some it up i would like to ask a question.

I understand why you lowered the ap ratios of her ult and her E but why lower the ap ratios of her W and her E to such a extent when burst mages are all about two to three second erasing of the target. You are turning her into something else and with the removal of DFG I don't know what kind of mage you intend to make of her now.
