Runes (especially keystone runes)
I think that the runes should have a definite weakness that could be played around instead of a simple stat stick (Aery). Runes should be more like Glacial Augment (cd, auto-attack based, slowing active item), Unsealed Spellbook(cd and limit on sums), Dark Harvest(needs souls to work), Predator(long cd and punishing if it fails), and Lethal Tempo(delay before buff). For instance, runes like conqueror and grasp should be focused around being in combat with champions(like the fervor stacks) instead of just being in combat.
Runes that just give you benefits for just playing how you normally would should be changed. A change for comet should be charging up comets (with a cd) by hitting abilities then you channel your boots like predator and you have to hit an ability within a timeframe to release all your comets in an area around them.
