frafdo1213332 votesYes it would work but its only a small percent. If you have 100ad you get max 2% heal (2 hp), then runic armor is 1.6% of that so its to nothing (.032 rounded to 0). I takes a significant amount of life steal for even a 1hp heal to ever appear using runic armor. My suggestion is don't take it unless you're sona or genuinely getting healed aka laning with soraka
Mathbalnase1 votesRunic Armor heals you an extra 1 point whenever you would be healed by 13 (actually 12.5). Anyone who would be doing a significant amount of healing (ADCs with their lifesteal, anyone who builds WotA, anyone who builds HP5, anyone laning with a healing support) will benefit from this mastery
