Massive losing streak

I dont understand what happens but sometimes i lose like 12-16 ranked games in a row? For example after winning few games i finally ranked up to silver 1 and it begins. Lost one then another and another. Okey it happens i understand, maybe bad day or just few unlucky games but fucking 15 games in a row? For me thats sick. After ranking up i deranked nearly to silver 4 right away. Not a single game won past few days (not counting urf). How to prevent that from happening? im doing my best to not flame my team mates but it happens to tell them a bad word under the pressure of the moment. Everyone can have a worse game but i dont belive to be so unlucky to get 4 team mates with worse day or game. Im trying my best to win but im powerless specially that its not 1v5 but 1v9 game...

Anyone got any ideas/tips or whatever to help me out? Thanks for anything usefull guys !

I think I lost 20 matches near in a row (with a win sprinkled here and there) on my (second) fall from Silver I to Silver IV.

Role swap. Some days I just cant CS for shit, some times I cant hit any skillshots and some days things just go wrong when it normally works before. When that happens I just queue up as support which is my strong secondary role. Learn another role and do that well so when youre in a slump you can do something different where those skills might not be slumping
