The lag has gotten retarded

These Graphics are from the 1900s and i lag for 5 solid seconds every 15-20 seconds ... before client switch ran in high res with no issues what so ever .... ever...... now every game is a lag fest....first time i played talon i go like 14-2 next time (with lag) i go 4-5... the game is no longer playable ... I can play 2017 games with no issues no lag spikes but i cant play this dinosaur????? that means its your issue riot.... not mine. And the complaints have been going on long enough when will you fix it... cause as it stands your game is on its way to the recycle bin. Want to participate in the event but i refuse to deal with the bs anymore.
