Kennen with Dragon and Baron (Solved!)

Hey all, I have been playing adc Kennen for the past few weeks. When doing so, when I fight dragon my passive doesn't seem to want to stun the dragon or baron... in all of my games. the passive will add the marks and I will be able to W dragon, but dragon doesn't stun for the amount of time. all other minions and other monsters get stunned but Dragon and Baron don't? is this an error ?

Suggestion: Make Kennen's passive be every four hits Someone gets mark of the storm instead of 5. Lots of new champions such as Braum only have 4 hits. Annnie's is 4 spells for her stun. It makes Kennen more viable to play at elo level at least.

Dragon and Baron are immune to disables.

kennen's passive is fine as is, also it doesnt stun because baron and dragon have crowd control immunity meaning stuns, slows, knock ups, knock backs, etc. dont work on them

What do you think of making keenen's passive down to 4 hits instead of 5? that takes 15 hits just for one stun. Riot should tone that down a bit at least while other characters such as Braum can just stun in 4 hits.
