Get rid of surrender vote privileges for feeders

People who are feeding should literally have no rights to surrender vote. Most of the time there are 2 cases for feeders, ones who refuse to vote yes or no. If you have trolls, they will spam vote no to waste even more of your time. Literally got stuck in a game with a troll who fed and then refused to surrender to waste even more time.

Bads should not be allowed to vote yes in a winnable game either. Most of the time you can be winning but your feeder is spam surrender voting. They queued to play a game, which they need to play through all the way if their teammates want to.

See you are making suggestions that are impossible to implement. Define "bad" to a computer. You can't because there are an infinite amount of variables in any game. In my honest opinion you should never surrender in ranked. Case in point I was in a game down 2 inhibs 3 infernals a cloud drake, elder and baron and we won because someone on the other team dced 48 minutes in.

You want them to not be able to vote no and not be able to vote yes but only at a time YOU choose. You want them to have no voice. You speak of "winnable games" every game is winnable. You say they should surrender because your time is being wasted. Then you say they should play because they are supposed to be trying. Make up your mind.

For this system you would need numbers for:

  1. How many deaths per minute and kills per minutes must a player?
  2. Do assist do you need to compensate for one kill?
  3. How many kills is a dragon worth?
  4. How many kills is a baron worth?
  5. How many kills is a turret worth?
  6. How many kills is a inhib worth?
  7. How much does cs weigh in?

you can't simply make a system like this without a formula like this:

SurrenderAble= (s(farm)+t(baronsKilled)+u(DragonsKilled)+v(InhibsDestroyed)+w(turretsDestroyed)+x(Kills)+y(Deaths)+z(assist))/minutes

were the letter before each term counts for how much that cetain value gets counted. So you should really be extremely clear on when somebody is feeding.

So basically you want solo surrender powers and screw those pesky teammates
