Nunu Consume buff

Wouldnt it be great if Nunu could eat Monsters, minions and champions!? Well i think that Riot should make that happen! Nunu dont get me wrong is good if played properly. But if you start doing bad.. you fall off late game. Like there is no reason for a nunu to be there when he has been shut down the entire game. Allow his q to eat champions as well. Make it so that he can cast it more frequently but it deals less damage then the consume their is now. Make his q like warwicks passive. Everytime He uses it it gets stronger up to a cap, and the healing also scales. I think this would make him a better champion over all. Cause all he can do now is snowball people, wait for cooldown, snowball etc.
