Zoe should be nerfed

Zoe is just too op in the game, in normal she has been picked almost every single game, I was being forced to play draft, so I can ban her instead of trying to beat someone that is impossible or too overpower. Is riot trying to create an over powered champ, then everyone is using there RP to buy it, then nerf the champ so hard. SO RIOT IS IT A NEW WAY OF EARNING MONEY?[sg-shisa]
