RIOT PLEASE - From Plat 2 Promos to Gold 2... and falling still.

Before getting into my general, broader argument, I would like to provide a couple of examples of what I'll be diving into.

Game Example #1: I get into lobby and our support picks Kayle. I OP.GG and see that he was on a 4 loss streak with Kayle support with a negative KDA in every game. So I have to dodge queue to avoid loss, especially because he's already tilted some of our players.

Game Example #2: Our jungler locks in Blitzcrank with teleport (no flash). His rune was fleet footwork. I'm unable to dodge queue because of the last lobby. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, our entire team did for some reason. We get into the game and he afk farms for 15 minutes. He provided no ganks and had no kill contributions or objectives secured. Mind you, I was pushed under tower the entire time. He refused to communicate with team.

Game Example #3: I queue Lux support. Things are going well. Every lane is winning and we have a Diana that is able to one shot at 15 minutes. Garen is tied with Illaoi in the top lane. We crushed bot lane. It was one of those "why haven't they forfeited" matches. As we get to mid-game, we are pushing well. The only issue was Illaoi who was splitting top and bot lane. But, I'm a Lux! So no worries - I'll just recall and wave clear while my team 4v4's/takes objectives. OH, but wait, no matter how many times I ping, and how many times I type in chat, my entire team recalls with me. Then, they proceed to all jump on top of Illaoi, even through his ult, and die in the 4v1 (obviously) while the enemy takes Baron for free. Now, mistakes happen, but those types of decisions should not be made in high gold. Now, you might think that after this happened, they would learn their lesson. Especially since I thoroughly explained in chat why they shouldn't have done that. They did this exact same thing 4 more times and the enemy won.

I was literally in Plat 2 Promos and have been losing ever since. Games like what I mentioned above will happen, and frankly I accept it and normally I would get over it pretty easily. The issue is that my elo drops significantly, and then all the sudden I'm getting grouped with people 3-4 ranks lower than me. I spent months (yes, I know, I'm no pro player) grinding my ass out of gold. But because I get hard trolled several games in a row, Riot thinks it's appropriate to group me with the same people that I went through hell to escape from. It's too lazy to respond to this argument and say "if you deserve a higher elo, you would be there. challengers would have no issues getting out." But I've been watching streamers, and some of the pros have their lowest win rates in gold and plat because of these reasons. The number of times I've played in plat with a teammate who is first-timing their champion is insane. Or people that die 4 times or more in the first 5 minutes and then run around the map aimlessly until we forfeit. These things are unacceptable, at least at this elo, and should be hardcore disciplined. But they aren't. These people can intentionally ruin games for players and tank their elo so that they're back to square one and have to get themselves out of elo hell again, and NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM! But when people react to these players poorly, they're the ones that get punished. Toxic words in chat aren't ruining this game, as much as Riot wants to think it is based on how hard they police it. Toxic gameplay is ruining this game. People that couldn't give a shit less about losing a game wastes the time of 4 other players. Riot needs to stop being lazy by making excuses such as "everyone has a bad game" and do something about this. There's not one person I know that plays this game that hasn't complained about how much of a shit show this season is. It wasn't like this in previous seasons, at least to this extent. What is Riot going to do to make this game playable again? Because after 24 hours of having at least one troll in every game, I'm ready to fight fire with fire and bring as many people down with me just to prove a point. I bet I could "soft int" by choosing off meta champions in weird roles with weird builds all the way down to iron without being banned. WE NEED RIOT TO RESPOND TO THESE CONCERNS. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS! WHY ARE WE LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH TAKING A BACKSEAT?!
