How to play Twitch as a jungler?

as title says. i really like this hero, but i have BIG trouble jungling in its early levels. i always start with red buff (asking for help from teammates), then immediately gank when enemy is at lvl 1, and usually we get the kill. so far so good.

the problem starts now. even if i gett first blood, i struggle farming in jungle. mobs hit me too hard. i try to orb walk (attack then move away), but both raptors and krugs are so many to run from, and hit me hard.

as skills, i always get slowing flask (w) and cloak (q) to get first blood.

what am i doing wrong? what should i do to get some decent jungling early levels without returning to home every 2 jungle camps?

try for the easys like scuttle and wolves, also when attacking wolves attack the smaller ones with less defense as they deal more damage than the tanky big one that is slower to attack.
