Uniform Tooltips "Listing effects efficiently"

The Hexakill game mode opened up a new appealing and fun opportunity to revisit some characters that aren't particularly strong in Normal and Ranked game modes. (this may not seem relevant, but bare with me) I like playing these champions, but they don't always contribute a lot to the team. While playing Cassiopeia a few times, I noticed a small but easily fixed annoyance: Her poisons have a different format for listing their effects, which can make it harder for new players to efficiently tell which ability might provide the highest appeal.

Her Q, "Noxious Blast"'s tool-tip lists it as the total amount of damage to be inflicted over the 3 second period, as well as the other effects.

However, her W, "Miasma"'s tool-tip lists its damage in regards to the amount that is inflicted every second of the applied time. Both of these are acceptable ways of conveying the gist of the abilities. The lack of uniformity in listing style can make it difficult to those unfamiliar with the champion and their abilities to make a quick and accurate judgement on which ability to take/max first.

I know that she isn't the only champion that this annoyance is present in, but the discrepancy with her abilities are just the ones I noticed. Simply changing the viewed tool-tip for the abilities to a more uniform state is a relatively easy process, so I propose that RIOT goes through each champions' abilities and list all ability classifications (DoT's, stuns, heals, shields, knock-ups, etc.) and describes them in a uniform manner.

The thing to watch here is that you can walk out of her W, while her Q almost guarantees the damage stated in the tooltip(minus MR, of course). Same thing with Morg's W, damage per second is just more useful when you don't know how long the enemy is actually going to stand in it. And for dots that guarantee the damage it's better to list the full damage. Remember when ignite was listed as doing 50+ 20xlevel damage? Unless you knew exactly how much that was at every level you had to do the calculation in your head. It's not something all that difficult, but it was still distracting to calculate whether you'll kill someone or not while also trying to mechanically outplay them.

Damage over time spells (i.e.: Noxious Blast, Malefic Visions) will display their total damage over their duration. Of course, they could make it "X damage per second over Y seconds. (Z total damage).

Ground effects (i.e.: Miasma, Null Zone) will display the damage per second due to not having a set duration.
