WINDSPEAKER BLESSING HELP ?

Windspeakers blessing - "Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, heals and shields on allies increase your target's armor by 5 - 22 (based on level) and magic resistance by 2.5 - 11 (based on level) for 3 seconds.".

Health regen is not considered a heal. A gp orange is considered a heal, but not health regen.

Health regen comes under "health restoration", like life steal and spell vamp (which are also not affected by windspeakers I believe)

But this is just my theory, I will test and tell you. :)
