Neekos Passive

Looking at Sylas passive, a damage one that adds to his kit throughout the whole game, makes me question why Neeko got a passive that just makes her look like like her teammates, and while that adds a little to her kit, it really doesn't add anything to her overall game play, like damage, or effecting other champs. Im not saying Neeko needs a buff, or a nerf. Shes fine in that aspect, but her passive is a little lack luster.

Because her W has her actual passive, the one that adds to her damage the whole game.

The mind game aspect of her kit is fun and all when the stars align for it to work, but more often than not I run an entire game without using it once outside of for shits and giggles while waiting for blue buff to spawn.
