Fizz needs some love
Remember that huge nerf fizz got a while back? It's kind of annoying completely relying on his ult for kills unless you're hyper fed. In that patch they also removed grievous wounds from his w. Can we nerf his mana costs early game for his e or increase his mana pool? Casting e a few times at early levels will run you out of mana super fast. I think cooldown for ult should be lowered a bit if he is going to depend on it for kills and even then all they really need is a zhonya's to stop it, but I'd really like to see a decreased mana cost for his e at early levels while he has a small mana pool, and increased ap scaling on his q(like maybe .4, I don't expect the .6 scaling that fizz had in his glory days, but he really isn't played very much anymore and I think just a couple small changes could help him out without making him OP.
