AFK Rescue game mode

Riot should make a game mode where you can connect to a game that had an afk. the player takes control over the afk champion keeping there runes,masteries,summoners,skills, items and gold. so lets say you have an afk or the person never connected. the reset of the team votes on adding a replacement. lets say the player has to be disconnected for 5 or 10 min for the vote to happen (kinda like surrender vote) some kinda window so that the player may reconnect. they could have a reward system maybe the original team may be able to give like a rating on the new player or a kind of thank you for saving our game.
