So, blitzcrank. The champ that can build 6 boots and only put 1 point in each skill and still carry in all phases of the game. The 2 button insta kill that has to try really hard to not KS so the rest of the team can keep up with him. Is there a way to at least tone down his early game without breaking his mid/late game?

See the thing about Blitzcrank is that if you beat him early on, he's irrelevant the rest of the lane phase. Seriously, you ever see what happens when a blitz grabs someone when his lane is behind? Enemy double kill, that's what.
