Bot lane is way too important in season 10. Games feel horrible.

So I'm in a horrible losing streak. Have gone from qualifying for plat 4 to low gold 1. Why? Am I losing lane as a top laner? Nope, have pretty much won most of my matchups and very decisively that is. Top doesn't matter anymore so it seems. Doesn't matter how big I get I cannot carry if our bot loses. This game is 100% decided on bot difference now. I have never had a worse streak of luck with bot laners too. I actually checked my match history and have found that 13 out of my last 18 games my bot lane has gotten completely stomped. I don't mean lose lane, I mean completely and utterly stomped.
What does that mean? Enemy team gets drakes and it's gg. It doesn't matter if I solo get a sub 20min inhib top lane or if their top laner has half my cs and 5 deaths. Bot lane is way too important right now. Anyone else feel the same? Mostly just venting because I cannot believe I have been getting such horrible bot laners. It's so demoralizing getting fb top then for the next 5min hearing "an ally has been slain" to the inevitable "is on a killing spree". I had to dodge last game because I checked the match history of my adc in que and he didn't have a kda higher than 1 in his last 10 games. I know people will say get good to carry, but I legitimately don't know what else to do. Been getting 8-10cs a minute and have 100% honestly been winning lane about 75% of the time. It doesn't seem to matter though. I can get their whole team chasing me too while applying pressure, but my bot lane would be so behind that the enemy team doesn't get punished.
