Would like some help for support runes as I have a bad computer and end up having to play support most of the time - ideas for runes please

Depends on the support. I generally opt for a slightly more defensive variation of my ap/ad runes as appropriate for the support champ if they're poke oriented, and just go all in on tank runes for people like leona who are more about the initiates/CC.
