I don't want to face premades, I don't want to play with a 3 or 4 man premade

I'm sure you hear a ton of shit about dynamic que, but I'm guessing it won't change if people stop complaining.

It sucks, I hate being that 5th person, I hate facing the 5 people.

You've taken the most competitive game in the world and RUINED it's competitiveness. This is the slow decline that destroys games. Everyone I know has pretty much quit, the game quality is worse than soloque. Ranking up in league was the drive to play for a lot of people, but now it's almost meaningless because ranked is a farce.

You made a mistake, everyone will forgive you if you just remove the ability for people to premade. It's okay to make mistakes sometimes. If everything stays as is you're going to week by week month by month kill my favourite video game, because you were too stubborn to fix ranked.

sigh

That should be done

SoloQ (everyone is solo) DynamicQ (Duo,Trio,Penta)

this would have been the best

dynamic team ranked

so you can play with your group even if ur not all 5

Lirik5 votes

even in normals you have to deal with premades which sucks alot

Mr Fidori4 votes

When did you ever not?

Battlecast Sona2 votes

did you live in a fantasy world without premades in normals before, or is it just easier to tell because of clubs so now you're complaining?

Well, DQ added premade extra rewards, so...

Battlecast Sona2 votes

Extra IP rewards and the potential to get hextech crafting chests while nice is not really enough of an incentive... Especially for someone like me who is sitting on 30k IP and owns all the champs. The crafting chests are kinda a nice incentive, but I don't really prioritize it... Maybe for some other people that affected their choice of solo or group play but I generally just play with a group when available and solo when not, and I think most people are the same way.

Funny, I've got no issue playing with 4 premade players when I'm the odd man out. In fact, I love it and let me tell you why...

In League of Legends, the point of the game is to destroy the nexus as a team. Simply put, premades actually use teamwork, and most solo players I get stuck with, are too busy being keyboard warriors who are playing the blame game!(Seems to be happening on the boards now instead, "Wah, premades are making me lose because I only know how to play by myself")

The majority of premades I get stuck with usually don't type a word or two.. At all.

Do I care? Why the fuck should I? I'm capable of watching my map, where they are, and what they're doing. I'm capable of noticing when they group, and when the enemy groups. I'm more then capable of noticing when an entire team is missing and theres no wards near dragon, they're probably coming to gang up on bottom (PS, solo players did this all the time too, by typing... Its a shock, I know...)

So, I'm barely silver(i've been trash for years, never much cared) and I'm more then capable of noticing these basic awareness traits in League of Legends. I've also only got 1 working eyeball, and a hell of a shitty computer.

So I'm wondering, whats the excuse of the majority of the really angry people on here? Most of you are 20x better then I am or will ever be, yet I seem to play better with those premades that you give up on during the loading screen.

Why not try a different outlook or attitude instead of pointing fingers and blame. Take responsibility and actually try instead of giving up because you're "angry" at Riot for making it easier for everyone to play together. They're making business still, game isn't nowhere near declining, it seem to be getting bigger everyday. Big surprise, when you're the odd man out and you're getting blamed for the loss, it was probably you, considering those guys are actually communicating. You have your solo Q still, just change your mentality. The other team isn't a bunch of uncoordinated losers like you're used to anymore. Now theres just 1 of those per team!

Most premade I get bitch whenever something happens.

Zedex1 votes

Yeah, usually the game pairs you with players who are similar in skill. Guess you're just getting the shit players who always blame everyone else because they're stuck in your bracket.

If I have two friends and I want to play Summoner's Rift with them, what would my options be, w/o something like DQ?

I'm genuinely curious. I want to play together w/my friends, but don't want to ruin the experience for everyone else.

Normals or ranked 5s

Amasa Delano4 votes

I thought people were complaining about 3 or 4 man premades not just in ranked, but in normals too. Do premades seem okay to you in normals (with or against)?

I don't think we'd be able to play ranked 5s because there are only three of us. Am I misunderstanding the ranked 5s system?

Mr Fidori7 votes

It's funny because the first comment (as of now) is complaining about groups in normals. But even most people on the boards are sensible enough to know that normal games are an appropriate place to play with premades.

That's what normal games and teambullder were for in the first place.

Two different queues would work. One for solo/duo and one for 3-5 man teams. My two cents.

3 or 4 person groups need 1 or 2 person groups to make 5.

Amasa Delano2 votes

An alternative would be to have one queue for everyone, but two different ladders. So, if you won with your Diamond 3 friend but you're only in Bronze 4, your solo MMR wouldn't go up and you'd still solo-queue with other Bronze players.

it's literally exactly what was suggested (you have a party MMR and a solo MMR and your solo MMR is what is used when you queue alone while party MMR is in anything 2+)

Does your solo mmr influence your party mmr? (In my idea, it does, though I kinda skipped over the details because that post was so long already -- you can see them in the post about club ranked)

Also, I believe dota2 just shows everyone their mmr, instead of having leagues/clubs/whatever.

Battlecast Sona1 votes

well yeah, there's no divisions or anything - their system is more in-line with the old system of Elo compared to the divisions/leagues of today.

The solo MMR and party MMR are completely separate IIRC, though I think your solo MMR will jump if you consistently play better and your party MMR is higher? I'm not really sure.

Troll for Trump1 votes

It's the ranked ladder for most MOBAs at this point. The ones that have implemented DynaQ have removed it, except LoL.

And now Blizzard repeats the same mistake with Overwatch...

It doesn't solve the matchmaking problem

Amasa Delano1 votes

That's true, but it does solve the boosting problem. Silver players who play with their Diamond friends wouldn't get a higher solo ranking or MMR.

Battlecast Sona1 votes

it actually helps the matchmaking problems immensely because when these dynaQ people get Plat/Diamond with their buddies they'll still queue solo in bronze/silver/gold, which might suck for the bronzies for a minute but is better than a Silver/Gold level player playing in Diamond/Plat.

upvote and agree!! I don't wanna play with 4 premade anymore.

It's like Riot's laughing at us rubbing it on our faces. "We've brought Team Ranked back guys... are you happy?" No solo Q. LOL

MoonToonEx2 votes

Nothing much like a 4 man premade never talking in chat (only to sometimes say "GJ" when you kill someone) but then decide to passive aggressively shit on you in chat with stuff like "We coulda won that team fight if Kennen were there ...". Like, bitch please! I know you're on skype or curse or something talking to each other so you only typed that for me to see. And I'm not on your Voice Chat, if you don't ping or type I'm not gonna have a clue wtf you're planning on doing so I can't rotate with you for a random TF you all agreed on when I had just based.

I agree with Huzzy on this, when both teams have a 3-4 man premade it becomes more about who as the better premade than who has the better players. Not saying it's impossible to win, just that if they have a good premade and you don't then they will out rotate you, out pressure you and do things that are far more coordinated than you and the premade you're with can handle.

I've had premades where someone refuses to stop ganking my Illaoi because they're buddy buddy with the top laner (which works out great for me most of the time) and I've played with premades on my team that just crumble with ease.

Voidrey1 votes

I'd be okay if there were only 3-man premades in normal if they put in voice chat and they tell us who premade together. do that and I think most complaining will stop

Battlecast Sona1 votes

regulating premades in normals why? It's never been regulated since season 1, why start now

Komatose1 votes

As a bronze player, ranked and normals feel almost exactly the same to me because of DQ. Maybe that's just how bronze is but ranked games don't really feel like ranked games.

LoL Ergo Urgot1 votes

Actually you probably do want to but you are too stupid to realize it.

Eyesack1 votes

Op is right. I love this game but havent played in 3 weeks. Matchmaking is too terrible to even bother. D3+ is literally premades every single game and its utter bullshit.

I guarantee you if Dynamic Que is taken down, right now, and replaced by Solo-Que, there will be a HORDE of people flooding the forums complaining about Dynamic-que being removed too. There's no winning scenario. People like Dynamic que even if the majority of forum-goers do not.

Battlecast Sona1 votes

it's not even the majority of forum-goers - it's just a very loud group of people. I don't particularly have a problem with DynaQ, but I also don't think it's amazing - it's just another step in Riot's plan. I won't be surprised if it doesn't stick around past the next season, tbh.

I think this is the best rito can do i don't know why there are so many complains about. Or you gonna make very long qeue's when you split premades and nonpremades. Or you just don't make premades and rito get asked if they can return the premades
